What about if 10 km become 42 km* ? It is individual target and motivation. A non runner will never know the experience of running non stop for 42 km. Neither do i. Running on the treadmill for 30 is not an easy job. It requires your attention and test your patient. 3 hours or more non stop running require more than everything to complete the task. It is a challenge and self motivation.
However, nothing will come to a closure without a start. Start is by planning ahead. Start is beging with smaller distance. Joining a marathon is my Planning, 10km is my target.
With the planning and target, time to practice my running. Wish me luck.
*42 km is length of Marathon unofficially or to be precise it is 42.195 under the International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF) in May 1921.
