i also wondering if these rules are real!
anyway , believe it or not, it is up to u! but, it is always better to pay attention on these rules since there is no harm for us to follow them right
after all, healthy is really importance!

- Answer the phone by LEFT ear
- Do not drink coffee TWICEa day
- Do not take pills with COOL water
- Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm
- Reduce the amount of TEA you consume
- Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume
- Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night
- Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS
- Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time
- Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning
- Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping
- When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times
i received a mail today n it is regarding the Health issue. Heath is importance to us. so let see wat is it all about.
- How many of us really answer the phone on left? i wonder why is the different between answering the phone on left n right. i also answer the phone on right. i think it is bad for me ! - (0)
- i am not a coffee drinker. so i seldom have coffee. so it is impossible to have more than 2 cups of coffee (1)
- i dont like to drink pills with cool water. there is a reason behind this because i have difficulty to shallow the pills. i dont know if it is normal for everyone to have pills easily. but for me, i take longer time to shallow n sometime, vomit the pills out. hehe too bad right. warm water make me easy to shallow but it make the pills to melt easily too. dont choice if i wanna get my pills into my stomach. (1)
- dinner before 5pm? my god, i never have my dinner before 5pm. i have my dinner between 6-7pm. i think it is not good. but i will have my high tea at 4pm. hehe i guess i will have light dinner in future. (0)
- i guess tea is good for us if it is green tea. i drink a lot of green tea if i can. hehe i dont know if it is bad for health. (1/2)
- oily is bad for health, i guess everyone know bout this rule. but, i alway settle my meals outside. outside foods are oily n salty. so, i only choose less oil foods or skip the oily foods. cos i dont like oil. (1)
- i drink a lot of water, i guess i need water every hour. i drink water in the morning, noon n night. i dont know why, i drink a lot of water at nite. if not, i will hydrate easily. i am wondering why. or i should try to practice this in future. (0)
- i guess nobody will stay near to charges right. but it is hard to say. but to me, i dont get close to charger. but i do answer the phone during charging time. i guess it is bad. we should avoid answering the phone when it is charging . (1)
- i wonder how long is long? 5 min or 10 min is long? anyway, i dont like to talk over the phone for more than 5 min. it makes my ear pain n hot too. after long period of talking over the phone, Nokia phone seems to be very hot near ear piece. (1)
- well, 10pm till 6am is our sleeping time. i normally sleep b4 12am. unless, it is mahjong day or party with frens, then we will stay overnite hehe. but it seldom happen nowadays. we did it mostly during our secondary time. anyway, it is good to sleep at same time everyday too. (1)
- medicine make us sleepy especially when we r having flu. sick is bad but normally we will sleep/rest after taking medicines. i will sleep after medicine if i feel sleepy(0)
- when the batt is down to last bar, i dont really call out. even ppl call me, i will call them back after my phone is fully charged . i think it is good practice cos last bar is for emergency use. (1)
