Volta

what is Volta? actually, it is Bjork's new album. i got it unexpected when i were shopping at The Borders at the curve. it is a Malaysia edition. i was so happy n get myself n the album to the cashier for RM29.90. i am kinda disappointed with this edition. cheap but quality also cheap. i saw a imported version at rock corner. i wanna get it for then i will have 2 copies. n i don't really enjoy this album as the songs are similar to Bjork's previous songs. but, i do hope that they will release DVD's version as previous albums too. then i will grab them asap. back to songs list:

the track 1 + 4 really caught my ear. i also quite like them at least they are new songs. track 2 wanderlust also not bad after listen to it for few times. but i will give myself few more weeks on this album. Bjork is still Bjork. i might love all songs. time will tell.

American Doll Posse

this album is my first copy of tori amos. actually i didnt plan to get this CD. but after waiting for bjork' volta for so long (about 2 weeks), i get myself to cashier and pay Rm49.90 for tori amos. i alway like her songs. so....special and very touching. so i decided to give her n myself a chance to get to know each other. ;-) but i havent really spend my time on this album. so i will talk bout the album cover. (sorry tori to put u on hold now). i think it is very daring to put this pic as cover. but it kinda attract me. 5 gals with poses. got chicken, camera, n a glass of wine. wat do they mean? i also dont know. but maybe this is american doll posse? but trust me , i will figure out their songs soon.

(p/s: Santa, Clyde, Isabel, Tori, and Pip are alter-egos for covers, can be my next title i think )
